Pioneers are set to Take on Number 3 Johnson Royals

The Campbellsville University-Harrodsburg Pioneers will host the Johnson University Royals out of Knoxville, TN. The Royals and Pioneers will go head to head for the second time this season. Last time the Royals took home an overtime victory as the Pioneers lost a hard-fought road game. 

The game in which five Pioneers scored in double figures, led by key play Antione Darby who had 22 points but also added in 7 rebounds, and 3 assists. Devin Baker added in 21 points and hit the game tying 3 and had the block to send the game into overtime. 

Johnson will come in 15-9 coming off a loss to Milligan College. Johnson University is 5-1 in conference play losing to Welch College a team that the Pioneers defeated earlier this season. 

The Pioneers will head in to the game coming off a tough road loss against a tough UC-Clermont team Saturday. Pioneers look to add back a key contributor Antione Darby who has missed the past few games due to an injury. Darby can come in and give the Pioneers an instant lift and help the team score the basketball is very good at rebounding in the guard position. 

Pioneers have three conference games remaining and all three teams are in the top-3 in the country.
