Lady Pioneers picks up a commit out of Woodford Co

The Lady Pioneers continue the recruiting success this offseason by picking up Woodford County Halee Hood. The Lady Pioneers have a lot of talent coming in this offseason and Hood will be right in the mix with them.

Hood averaged double figuring scoring for the Yellow Jackets last season and will bring a dynamic playmaking guard to the lineup.

Hood who is excited to become a Lady Pioneer had this to say. "My role will be to come and play where coach thinks will help the team the most. I'm excited to be able to be part of the Lady Pioneers and the success that they have had as a program. I look forward to contributing to that this coming season."

Coach Tribble is excited to have Hood playing for him this coming season saying "Hood is truly one of the most competitive recruits that we have ever picked up. She is a crafty driver and has a solid jump shot."

Hood will have opportunities to be able to compete for the Lady Pioneers this season.
