Terrence McDaniels makes it official and signs to the Pioneers

Terrence McDaniels Jr. of Ballard High School in Louisville, KY signed to play basketball for the Pioneers next season after committing a few weeks earlier.

Terrence McDaniels Jr. is a 6'5" forward that will bring much needed depth to the Pioneers in the front court this season. McDaniels will join  former Ballard alumni in Tyrese Duncan, Tyron Duncan and Antoine Darby.

McDaniels had one of his best games this season when Ballard fell to Pleasure Ridge Park on January 3rd. In the game McDaniels had a double-double when he scored 15 points, connecting on two three pointers. He also helped out on the boards with a team high of 10 rebounds in the game.

Head Coach Austin Sparrow had this to say about McDaniels.

"Terrence brings tremendous ability to shoot the basketball and his play making skills to our roster next season, I look for Terrence to be big influence on our season this year as a freshman. He comes to us from Ballard High School, where he helped lead them to their 41st District Championship in school history. He's a winner. We are beyond happy to have Terrence on our roster next season."

Coach Sparrow is excited to welcome McDaniels to the Pioneers this season.

McDaniels will be able to bring needed scoring and rebounding as the Pioneers set out on their mission next season to win the NCCAA Mid-East Region and earn a spot in the NCCAA National tournament.
