The Campbellsville University Harrodsburg bowling team competed in the Green River Classic in the familiar confines of Danville Bowleramama. Hosted by Campbellsville University, CU Harrodsburg competed against nine other teams in the classic.

Daniel Montgomery had a career day for the Maroon and White. In the five games of the competition, his worst pin total was 182. Montgomery's best round was a 225 in the first game of the classic. Montgomery made the all-tournament team finishing in the top five bowlers with a third place finish.

As a team, the Tigers knocked over 4207 pins.

"This tournament was the best we have bowled as a team all season," said Adam Voth, head bowling coach at CU Harrodsburg. "Daniel Montgomery was the highlight of the tournament coming in third individually and making the all-tournament team. Our spare shooting has gotten better, but still needs improvement."

CU Harrodsburg competes at Striking Knights on November 17 and 18. The two day event takes place at kingpin lanes in Louisville, KY.
